Thinking Outside The Box May Bring You Some Sweet Customers!

At Fiitfu we love giving you ideas for staying connected with your clients!  Today we also want to share with you a creative way you could connect with some new clients in your neighborhood!

This Halloween, while you hand out candies to the kids, why not create some samples of your products, put your name, number and email address on the package, and pop those into the bag along with the candy.

Mom will be happy to find something for herself, and it is a great way to let your neighbors know you also run your own business.

We also have a great email template for you!  If you have some present customers that  you have lost touch with over the last few months, you can use this template below found in your Fiitfu account to reconnect.  Start with the email, and let your clients know you will call them to follow-up next week with a phone call!  Here is a quick video on where to find this template, and how to copy it over.

If you send this template the week before Halloween, you can call them the week after and use a script like this one:

” Hi {{Client First Name}} It is Mary calling from {{Your Company Name}}.  How was your Halloween?  I hope you had a fun time with all the kids, we had over 100 kids here this year!  I wanted to follow-up to the email that I sent last week, I haven’t been so good at my follow-ups and I wanted to be sure that I jump back into better practice.  I am hoping you will allow me to continue to be your representative for {{Your Company Name}} products.  Are you ok if I send you our November specials and start connecting with you again?  I have some great birthday specials, and I want to be sure you know about all our updates.  Great thanks so much, in the meantime I have a new catalogue, and some samples that I would like to drop off to you.”
