Contact your clients at least 12 times this year!

AT Fiitfu we are always sharing in our training webinars and calls that you should be contacting your clients at least 12 times over the course of 12 months.  Statistics have shown that those who follow up more than 5 – 12 times are the ones who make more sales.

Remember a follow-up doesn’t always have to be a sales pitch, but what it should be is DIFFERENT from what your competition is doing.  So instead of always sending out your monthly newsletter, and leaving it at that, it is time to pick up the phone and make a call, or pick up a pen and write a nice old fashioned letter of appreciation.

Valentines day is right around the corner, why not send your top customers a note to let them know how much you LOVE your business and appreciate them for supporting your business.  A small gesture like this will go a long way.  Better yet, create a gift certificate on your Fiitfu account and send your clients a small gift certificate for Valentines day.    Check out our past blog on Gift Certificates for some good ideas.
